With this year鈥檚 theme of 鈥楢ccelerate Action鈥�, the celebrations focused on celebrating inclusivity, encouraging conversations on gender equity, and inspiring meaningful change. 糖心Vlog campuses were decorated in IWD colours, and students and staff participated in a variety of engagement activities, including an afternoon tea, a photo campaign, and inspiring testimonials from female staff members.

In line with its commitment to gender equality, 糖心Vlog recently launched the 糖心Vlog Women鈥檚 Network, a platform designed to support, empower, and advocate for women across the organisation. The network provides opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and open discussions on challenges women face in the workplace.

Reflecting on the significance of International Women鈥檚 Day, Farrella Ryan-Coker, Head of Human Resources at GBS, shared: "At GBS, we recognise that real progress comes from more than just conversation 鈥� it requires action. We are committed to sustaining an inclusive workplace, reducing the gender pay gap, and ensuring that all women at GBS have the opportunity to thrive. International Women鈥檚 Day is a moment to celebrate the progress made, but also to reaffirm our commitment to driving meaningful change.鈥�
